First Responder Fitness is a class for everyone, not just first responders! It will focus on total body dynamic workouts that incorporate strength, mobility, performance, and more to strengthen your core, generate more power, and improve performance in everything from day-to-day movements to workouts.
Classes include non-traditional movements like sandbag carries, sled pulls/pushes, rope climbs, heavy dumbbell/kettlebell movements, and more! And just like every other class, scaling options and modifications are always available.
