Skills class is designed to help participants master the foundational and advanced movements essential to functional fitness. By breaking down complex exercises into manageable progressions, this class emphasizes proper technique, efficiency, and safety to maximize performance and reduce the risk of injury. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or an experienced athlete seeking to refine your skills, this class provides personalized coaching to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.

Who the Class is For:
This class is open to all fitness levels, making it ideal for:

  • Beginners: Learn and practice fundamental movements to build confidence and establish a strong technical base.
  • Intermediate athletes: Hone your skills, address imbalances, and improve consistency in movements you’ve already learned.
  • Advanced athletes: Tackle high-skill movements, optimize efficiency, and refine techniques for competitive performance.
  • Anyone recovering from setbacks: Rebuild strength and mobility in a supportive environment focused on form and progression.

What Skills Will Be Worked On:
Participants will work on a range of skills tailored to their level, including:

  • Bodyweight Movements: Master air squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and muscle-ups with attention to form and progressions.
  • Weightlifting: Refine lifts like the clean and jerk, snatch, deadlift, and overhead press with a focus on mechanics and technique.
  • Gymnastics: Develop skills such as handstands, kipping, and toes-to-bar, building strength and coordination.
  • Aerobic and Anaerobic Efficiency: Learn pacing strategies for double-unders, rowing, running, and other cardio-intensive exercises.

This class ensures participants leave with improved skills, a deeper understanding of movement mechanics, and the tools to succeed in regular workouts or competitions.
