9 deadlifts (225/155lb) - 35 double unders
Then buyout: 200m plate carry (45/25lb)
*10 minute time cap
*Modify DU to 35 single unders + 10 lateral hops over bar
C) Abs:
20 V ups + 45 second weighted plank
Rest 1 minute.
20 kb plank drag throughs + 30 second hollow hold
Rest 1 minute.
Repeat.
