A) Every 2 minutes for 8 rounds:
1 power clean + 3 split jerks
*Build in weight for 4 sets. Stay at a medium challenging weight for sets 5-8.
B) 8 minute alt EMOM:
1) 10 unbroken touch and go power clean and jerks (95/65lb) or (115/75lb)
2) 35-50 double unders (Mod: 30 seconds of DU practice or 30-50 power singles)
C) 9 minute alt lower body accessory EMOM:
1) 6/leg single leg db/kb RDLs (one kb or db in opposite hand of foot standing)
2) 12-15 heavy Russian kb swings to chest/chin height
3) 20 jumping lunges (bodyweight)
