A) 12 x 30 seconds on 20 seconds off:

1) goblet wallsit

2) banded tricep extensions

3) barbell good mornings

4) banded face pulls

B) 6x3 minutes on 2 minutes off alternating between 1 and 2 (3 rounds of each):

1) Run 200m + 20 wallballs (20/14lb) + max burpees in remaining time

2) Run 200m + 20 alt. Db snatches + max burpees in remaining time

*Score is total number of burpees accumulated over the 6 intervals.
