A) Every 5 minutes for 4 rounds complete:
2 drop and reset squat cleans
7/side db/kb arnolds press
7/side single leg RDLs (holding both dbs or kbs at side)
5 tempo toes to bar (3 second descent)
*Start around 70% of 1RM clean and ascend in weight each round as form allows
B) 8 minute alt. EMOM:
1) 7-9 unbroken touch and go power clean and jerks (115/75)
2) 35 DU or 30 secs DU practice
