A) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
5x5 back squat @75% 1RM
Superset with 30 second handstand hold or handstand walk practice
B) Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds (12 minutes) complete:
Rounds 1+3: 10 Thrusters (95/65lb) + 15 lateral bar over burpees
Rounds 2+4: 15 lateral bar over burpees + 10 thrusters
*Rx+: 15 thrusters + 15 burpees
**Mods: 75/55 and/or reduce burpee reps to 12 or 10, something you can move through quickly without breaking
