B) Every 2:30 minutes for 4 rounds:
5 reset clean deadlifts + 10 (5/side) controlled alt. db renegade rows (no push-up)
C) 6 minute EMOM: 9-12 bar facing burpees
*Choose a number of burpees you can perform in 30 seconds or less and try to stick with it for all 6 rounds
