Buy in: 400m wallball run (20/14lb)

Then 4 rounds of 10 thrusters (95/65lb) - 10 burpees - 20 lateral bar hops

 Rest 2 minutes

Then 3 rounds of 8 thrusters (115/75lb) - 8 burpees - 16 lateral bar hops 

Rest 2 minutes

Then 2 rounds of 6 thrusters (135/95lb) - 6 burpees - 12 lateral bar hops

Buy out: 400m wallball run (20/14lb)

*Mods: 75/55lb-> 95/65lb->115/75lb
